This position requires someone who is dedicated, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The duties of the position include but are not limited to:

• Assisting dentists in all aspects of patient care, including taking vital signs, taking dental x-rays, and performing dental cleaning procedures.
• Preparing patients for treatment and sterilizing instruments.
• Maintaining patient records and managing appointments.
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Helping with billing inquiries and insurance claims processing.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about dental procedures, insurance coverage, or other related topics.
