Land Surveyor - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1700 SAR per month

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position. The ideal candidate should possess minimal work experience in land surveying, have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working outdoors.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Basic knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
• Must possess good communication skills and be able to interact with clients
• Ability to read maps, blueprints and plans accurately
• Ability to use survey equipment including GPS and Total Station tools
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Conducting site surveys using Total Station, GPS or conventional survey equipment
• Collecting data on boundaries, topography, infrastructure features etc.
• Calculating measurements & angles accurately
• Maintaining detailed records of survey results
• Interpreting survey data and preparing maps/plans

Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent math skills & attention to detail • Proficient in AutoCAD software • Knowledge of GIS software is an advantage • Good team working ability
