We are looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position offers a salary of 1300 and we are open to consider a foreigner for the role.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys of land parcels to provide data used for construction or other purposes. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of surveying techniques, possess strong problem solving skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering and at least two years of experience in land surveying or related field. Candidates must also have knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and possess a valid driver’s license.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include: planning surveys; collecting survey data using instruments such as total stations, levels, GPS receivers; interpreting survey data; performing calculations; and preparing maps, drawings, reports and legal descriptions. The Land Surveyor will also be required to work with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure accurate measurements are taken during site visits. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to maintain accurate records of all survey activities as well as adhere to all safety regulations when working outdoors in various weather conditions.
