Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing survey services to clients, including property boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The salary range is 1700 SAR per month and we are happy to consider an immigrant for the role.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in surveying or a related field
• Ability to use surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and theodolites
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:
• Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout surveys, etc. as required
• Use survey instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and theodolites accurately
• Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD software accurately and efficiently
• Collect data from various sources such as maps, aerial photographs, ground control points etc.
• Prepare legal descriptions of survey work performed
• Compile sketches or notes into finished documents or maps that conform to accepted standards
