Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the merchandising of our products in the area. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of retail space management.

Responsibilities:
• Implementing store guidelines and merchandising standards for product placement, signage, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize inventory flow.
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as store managers, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensuring that all products are well displayed in the store according to company standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of all promotional activities and sales data.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role in retail or FMCG sector is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a good understanding of retail space management principles.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
