Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1400/month


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, from overseeing staff performance and managing customer service to maintaining budgets and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with fast-paced restaurants. They must have excellent people management skills and be able to motivate their team to deliver excellent customer service. They should also have an eye for detail and the ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of staff members and provide them with training, guidance and support

- Monitor staff performance and ensure that all staff adhere to company standards

- Create work schedules, assign duties, monitor employee attendance and manage overtime hours

- Ensure that all customers are greeted warmly, served promptly and provided with excellent customer service at all times

- Oversee daily operations such as ordering stock, managing cash flow and maintaining records

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations as well as local licensing laws

- Monitor costs related to food, beverage, labour costs etc. in order to maintain profit margins

- Develop marketing plans in order to attract customers

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working as a restaurant manager (minimum 5 years)

- A strong understanding of customer service principles

- Excellent people management skills

- Great organizational abilities and multitasking skills
