Surveyor - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a talented and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of surveys, collecting data related to the land, and managing survey projects.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and technical skills, in addition to experience in surveying. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 KD per month with benefits. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare legal documentation such as deeds, contracts, maps, drawings, and reports.
• Utilize appropriate methods for surveying such as aerial surveys, photogrammetry, or field surveys.
• Collect survey data using instruments such as levels, transits, theodolites, or total stations.
• Analyze survey reports and diagrams to ensure accuracy of results.
• Establish land boundaries by measuring angles and distances between points on the ground using a variety of equipment including GPS systems.
• Monitor changes on the ground due to construction or other activities that could affect survey results.
• Prepare survey documents for submission including forms and plats that meet applicable legal requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred; no experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical aptitude and analytical skills
• Proficiency with CAD software packages such as AutoCAD or MicroStation is preferred
