We are looking for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of flower types, colors, and textures, as well as excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant must have the ability to think outside the box when designing floral arrangements, and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.

The primary role of the Florist will be to create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our clients. Duties will include selecting flowers and foliage from fresh stock; creating bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table decorations; attending to customers’ orders; keeping the shop tidy; and ensuring that all materials are used efficiently. Attention to detail is essential for this position.

To be considered for this role you must have at least two years of experience working with flowers, preferably in a retail environment. A valid driver's license is also preferred as occasional deliveries may be required. As this position involves customer service duties, you will also need excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of 1000 per month plus commission based on sales targets met or exceeded. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who meet the criteria outlined above.
