Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1200 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other health practitioners
• Ensure accuracy of dosages and labels on medications
• Advise patients on the usage of medications, side effects, and interactions with other medications and/or foods
• Monitor patient's progress in taking prescribed drugs to ensure optimal results and to identify any undesirable reactions or effects
• Maintain records of medications issued to patients for reference purposes and legal compliance
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed while handling drugs
• Participate in the development of forms, letters, policies, or procedures related to pharmacy operations
• Keep up to date with new advances in pharmacy services and treatments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school or college
• Valid license as a pharmacist from the Ministry of Health or equivalent authority in the UAE required
• Knowledge of UAE laws regarding the practice of pharmacy and dispensing of medicines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language is a must
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
