Job Title: Sommelier
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1800 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, purchasing and serving wines to clients in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of wines and spirits, including different types of grapes, regions, countries and varietals. They should be able to assess the quality of a wine and explain it to customers. They should also possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to recommend food pairings with wines.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Selecting wines in accordance with customer preferences
- Purchasing wines for the restaurant
- Storing wine properly in accordance with industry standards
- Recommending appropriate wines for meals
- Serving wine to guests in a professional manner
- Educating staff on wine varieties and vintages

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a sommelier, preferably in an upscale restaurant or hotel environment. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants. Salary is 1800 AED per month plus benefits.
