The Welder's primary duties include reading blueprints or instructions; determining the correct welding process; setting up the equipment; performing high-quality welding; inspecting welds for accuracy; and adhering to safety regulations. The Welder may also need to perform maintenance on their equipment, as well as assist other members of the team in completing special projects.
