Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Zayed City. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for leading sales operations and driving the growth of our business. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and relocation assistance is available for foreign candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet customer demands, increase market share, and ensure company profitability
• Manage daily sales activities to meet customer demands, establish pricing strategies, and increase revenue
• Establish product positioning within the marketplace by understanding customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers through ongoing communication
• Monitor sales performance metrics to understand trends and make adjustments as needed
• Prepare reports on sales performance metrics for management review
• Lead the recruitment, development, training, motivation, and evaluation of staff in order to maximize their potential

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
• Three or more years of experience in a similar role leading sales operations with demonstrated success in increasing revenue
• Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships across multiple channels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to customers as well as internal stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards common goals
