We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing library materials and resources, organizing library collections, and providing library services to patrons.

Responsibilities:
• Manage library materials, including books, magazines, documents, audiovisual materials, and electronic resources.
• Organize library collections by selecting and classifying books and other materials according to their content.
• Provide reference services to patrons by answering questions related to library material.
• Maintain accurate records of loaned items and overdue material.
• Assist patrons in locating desired materials using the cataloguing system.
• Develop new programs for library patrons of all ages.
• Supervise the work of assistants and volunteers in the library.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with computers and other technology used in libraries.
• Knowledge of cataloguing systems and classification methods used in libraries.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
