Job Description:
Waiter - El-Fujairah
Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for a motivated, highly organized, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to all guests.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately from guests
• Prepare beverages such as coffees, teas, juices, and cocktails
• Serve food items according to established standards of quality and presentation
• Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and correctly to each table
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service period
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times.
• Assist with other tasks as needed such as cleaning tables, resetting the dining area, etc.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience working in a restaurant setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a warm and welcoming manner • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to multitask effectively while handling multiple customer requests simultaneously • Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays if needed • Foreigners are welcome to apply.
