Job Summary

We are seeking a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys to determine boundaries of properties and topographical features of a specified area. This role offers a competitive salary of 1700KWD per year. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and regulations; proficiency in operating surveying instruments (total station, GPS equipment); strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent problem solving skills; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Analyze survey objectives and specifications; plan survey procedures accordingly
• Locate survey control points using total station, GPS equipment, etc.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, hydrographic surveys; compile data from surveys
• Calculate measurements to determine property boundaries
• Analyze survey results to determine legal boundaries
• Prepare reports that describe findings of surveys

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Knowledge of land surveying principles techniques, regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency operating total station, GPS equipment (preferred)
• Excellent problem solving skills
