Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, with a particular focus on assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a good understanding of office management systems and procedures. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide administrative support to the team as needed
β’ Handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients
β’ Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
β’ Prepare memos, reports, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
β’ Process invoices and order supplies when necessary
β’ Maintain filing systems for employee records, client information, contracts, etc.
β’ Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in an office setting is preferred
β’ At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment is desirable
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) is required
β’ Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Salary: 1300 per month
