Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team based in Musaffah. With a salary of 1000 AED, this position offers the opportunity to participate in surveying projects and help create detailed maps of the area. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, assessing land characteristics, collecting data from the field, and analyzing survey results. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who meet the minimum qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor is to accurately measure land and other features onsite. This includes using tools such as theodolites, total stations, levels, GPS receivers and other surveying instruments. The surveyor is also required to review data collected from field observations, analyze it for accuracy and use that data to create maps that detail elevation changes or other land features. The surveyor is also responsible for working with project managers to determine project timelines and budgets as well as providing progress reports on projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role you must have a degree in Surveying or a related field as well as demonstrated practical experience in using surveying instruments such as levels and total stations. You must possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (and preferably Arabic), excellent organizational skills, good problem solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards work. Applicants must also have an understanding of geographic information systems (GIS) software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS. Candidates with previous experience in this role or similar roles are preferred but not essential.
