Job Summary:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality instruction to students in the classroom, creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and maintaining a safe and productive learning environment. We are open to hiring a foreigner with no prior teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop curriculum and lesson plans that meet the needs of all students and align with established standards.
• Prepare materials, set up labs, and instruct students on a variety of topics.
• Implement appropriate behavior management strategies to ensure positive learning environment.
• Evaluate student performance accurately using appropriate assessment tools.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress including attendance, grades, test scores, etc.
• Participate in required meetings and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary curriculums as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with students through positive reinforcement and active engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required; open to hiring a foreigner with no prior teaching experience.
• Knowledge of best practices in classroom instruction and student assessment techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing challenging classroom situations. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth through participation in professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, etc.
