Job Description:
We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing payments and managing the daily activities of the cash register.
Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of cashier experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle cash and other payment methods accurately, and knowledge of basic computer operations. We are open to considering immigrants with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure pricing is correct on all items sold
• Process payments accurately by accepting cash, credit/debit cards, checks, or other payment methods
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure that amounts are correct
• Answer customers’ questions about products and services in a friendly manner
• Help customers with product selection when necessary
• Receive and process all returns, exchanges, and requests for adjustments
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Salary: 1500 AED per month
