Chef – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our restaurant offers a unique fusion of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. We offer competitive salaries and a range of benefits for the successful candidate.

Job Description and Duties:
• Prepare, cook and present food according to company recipes and standards
• Assist in menu planning, stock control, portion control and costings
• Ensure maintenance of high standards of hygiene throughout all areas of the kitchen
• Follow health & safety regulations in the workplace
• Monitor quality of food delivered to customers
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
• Provide support to other members of the kitchen team as required.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience working as a chef in a professional environment
• Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• High level of culinary knowledge including international cuisine
• Good organizational skills with an eye for detail
