Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to provide personal support and assistance to elderly patients in their homes. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying patients to medical appointments. The ideal candidate will be patient and understanding while providing exceptional care for our clients.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with elderly patients.
• Previous experience working as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Must be foreign or willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
• Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting in accordance with the individualized plans of care.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions or standardized diets prescribed by the physician or dietitian.
• Monitor patient’s health condition by observing skin color, respiration rate, temperature and other vital signs as applicable.
• Provide companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being of the patient.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, changing bed linens, dusting furniture and tidying up the living area of the patient’s home.
