We are looking for an experienced and reliable Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a group of employees, overseeing the completion of tasks assigned to the team, and providing guidance and support.

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay focused on achieving goals. The ideal candidate should have experience leading teams and have a demonstrated track record of success in their previous roles. We require a self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines. A degree or diploma in business management would be beneficial but is not essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative, lead by example, and ensure that all tasks assigned to the team are completed effectively and efficiently. They should also be able to identify areas for improvement within the team and take appropriate steps to improve performance. In addition, they should be willing to take on additional duties as required by management.
