The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

The primary duty of the Supervisor will be to manage all day-to-day operations of the company onsite in Abu-Dhabi. This includes managing staff resources, ensuring customer satisfaction, enforcing safety regulations, developing strategies for efficiency improvements, overseeing budgets and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Additional duties include creating periodic reports for management review and conducting regular staff training sessions. The Supervisor will be expected to resolve any issues that arise during their shift and ensure that operations run smoothly at all times.
