Position Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and provide strategic guidance to our organization in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration and training. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about UAE labor law and have experience working in a human resources capacity in the region. Position Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration and training. This position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and insurance providers. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership to identify areas of improvement in policies or procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 3 years of professional experience in an HR role. In addition to this formal education, the candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. The successful individual should also have knowledge of UAE labor law and possess excellent problem solving skills to effectively resolve conflicts between employees or management. A competitive salary package of 1300 is offered for this role. We are open to considering candidates from abroad who meet all requirements for this position.
