HR Manager Job – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 and we are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

Qualifications Needed:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment process by developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, training them, and creating personal development plans
• Controlling the performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness • Developing performance management systems to measure productivity • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements • Reviewing benefits packages and suggesting enhancements
