Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, managing customer service, and ensuring quality standards are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budgeting and financial planning, as well as recruiting and training new personnel. It is essential that the candidate has strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of restaurant management best practices
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office etc.)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
