Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
• Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices, including budgeting and forecasting
• A valid UAE driver’s license is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset

Job Description & Duties:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes overseeing the staff, managing customer service, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently, meeting financial objectives, maintaining a safe working environment, providing excellent customer service, meeting revenue goals, performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll and inventory management. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s services and products as well as building relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing on food products. The successful candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills in order to be able to effectively manage staff and handle any customer complaints or issues that arise.
