Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory analysis. You must be able to accurately identify patients, utilize proper techniques to obtain blood samples, and maintain appropriate records of patient information. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills as you will interact with patients and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field
• Certified medical phlebotomy technician (CMPT) or equivalent certification
• Experience as a phlebotomist in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work with different age groups (adults, children, elderly)
• Ability to handle stress in a professional manner
