Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall security of our organization, with a special focus on protecting company employees, customers and buildings. This position comes with an attractive salary of 1400. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Developing security policies and procedures for the organization
• Overseeing security personnel operations at all levels
• Training staff on security protocols and responding to emergencies
• Maintaining all security systems including CCTV, alarm systems etc.
• Investigating incidents or threats to the organization’s safety
• Liaising with local law enforcement agencies as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Security Management roles
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to security management
• Ability to assess risk effectively
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
