We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires a strong understanding of security and risk management principles, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security field.

The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our personnel, property, and assets. This role is full-time and the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing an overall security plan for the organization
• Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and standards
• Supervising security personnel including guards, surveillance personnel, and investigators
• Monitoring access control systems such as CCTV, alarm systems, etc.
• Investigating suspicious activities or reports of theft or vandalism
• Liaising with local law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws
• Coordinating staff training on security protocols and procedures
• Maintaining records of security incidents and investigations
• Establishing effective emergency procedures to respond quickly to threats or incidents
