Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing customer transactions, and maintaining a secure environment. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate transaction processing and maintenance of the bank's security protocols.
• Receive deposits and loan payments accurately and process withdrawals following all security protocols.
• Process account transfers, cash checks, and issue cashier's checks according to bank procedures.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, verifying identity information, and closing accounts as needed.
• Troubleshoot any customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no work experience required.
• Good understanding of banking procedures and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English or other languages when necessary.
• Knowledge of basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
