Job Description:
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, creating detailed design specifications, coding and debugging applications, testing code and documenting all the development activities. You will also be involved in troubleshooting application issues, developing solutions to technical problems, and develop technical documentation.

Needs for the Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of software development languages (such as C# or Java) as well as experience with database management systems (such as SQL server). You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
