Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening and selecting suitable candidates for various roles within the company. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with potential candidates, the HR Department and other departments in the company.

Demands of the Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Ability to assess job seekers’ qualifications against job requirements accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
