Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designing floral arrangements using fresh flowers, plants, and other materials
• Creating attractive displays in store windows and inside the shop
• Interacting with customers to determine their needs and preferences
• Handling customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability
• Processing orders for delivery or pickup by customers

Required Skills:
Must have good knowledge of the principles of flower arrangement as well as a creative eye for design. Must also be able to work quickly and accurately while under pressure. Strong customer service skills are essential as is the ability to communicate effectively in English.
