Kindergarten Teacher Job - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month and are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Job Description:
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, activities, and outings to stimulate children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development. You will be expected to promote a classroom environment conducive to learning by providing positive guidance and discipline. You must also create an exciting learning atmosphere which is fun and engaging for children of various ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Duties:
• Develop lesson plans that meet the needs of all the children in your class
• Create an engaging learning environment by using play-based activities
• Promote positive behavior management techniques to ensure that classroom rules are followed
• Guide students in their activities both inside and outside the classroom
• Assess student progress on a regular basis
• Liaise with parents or guardians on their child's progress
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss challenges or successes with colleagues
• Administer tests and assessments as necessary
• Develop new strategies for teaching based on current research

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred • Minimum of two years experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask • Proven ability to manage discipline issues effectively • Passion for teaching young children • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
