Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, manage customer relationships and expand our business in the local market.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role within a sales environment, with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies to increase customer base and generate more revenue
• Monitor the performance of existing clients and identify new areas of potential growth
• Manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction with our services, and resolve any issues efficiently
• Negotiate contracts with customers and close deals
• Monitor competitors’ activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare reports on sales performance for management review

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of proven sales management experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is required; Arabic is an advantage
