We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role pays 1800 AED per month, and we are ready to consider an immigrant for the position. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and maximizing sales performance.

The job description includes developing strategies to increase customer base and maximize revenue growth. You will be expected to monitor performance of sales staff, analyze customer feedback, track industry trends, identify areas of improvement, set team goals, allocate resources effectively and evaluate sales results. You will be required to provide accurate forecasts on demand planning and develop pricing strategies that will ensure target profit margins are met. You should have excellent knowledge of market trends and customer needs in order to identify new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; proven experience as a Sales Manager; expertise in building relationships with customers as well as understanding their needs; strong leadership skills; the ability to motivate and mentor team members; excellent communication skills; analytical thinking with an eye for detail; good knowledge of budgeting principles; familiarity with MS Office applications.
