We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of all activities related to the construction of a project. They will be tasked with overseeing the construction process from concept to completion, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget.

The Construction Manager must possess a strong knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and standards. They must also have excellent organizational skills, as they will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that timelines and budgets are met. The Construction Manager will also need to plan resources accordingly and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a smooth execution of the project.

Moreover, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, city officials, and other stakeholders involved in the construction process. They should also be able to provide leadership by motivating employees towards achieving goals and objectives while maintaining a safe working environment for all involved personnel.
