Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, documents and faxes.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendar of appointments.
• Prepare presentations, reports and other documents as required.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
• Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is preferred but not necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Expected Salary: 1300 QAR/Month
