Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and undertaking accurate land surveys, using a wide variety of surveying techniques to establish physical details of land parcels. Along with this, the candidate will need to be able to interpret survey data and create accurate plans for the land parcels. In addition, the candidate will need to have excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with other teams and present survey results. This position offers an excellent salary of 1000 per month.

Responsibilities
- Prepare survey plans with details such as angles, dimensions and orientation
- Utilize specialized instruments such as total stations, electronic distance measuring equipment and GPS receivers
- Calculate coordinates from survey data collected
- Interpret aerial photographs from satellite images
- Analyze maps to identify locations of existing boundaries
- Supervise land surveying activities onsite
- Collaborate with other teams on land boundary disputes or issues
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Possess certification in the field or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of work experience in a related role is preferred but not necessary
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques is essential
- Proven track record of producing accurate survey plans with detailed specifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
