Crane Operator – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience with operating cranes and other heavy equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crane to move materials in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:
• Operate all types of cranes, including truck-mounted cranes, tower cranes, overhead traveling cranes, and gantry cranes.
• Ensure that the crane is properly set up and operated according to safety guidelines.
• Inspect the crane prior to each use to ensure that all parts are in good working order.
• Operate the crane within its rated capacity for each job.
• Follow all local regulations regarding the operation of a crane in different settings.
• Perform maintenance on the crane as needed.
• Monitor workloads and adjust speed or direction as needed.
• Collaborate with other workers on site to ensure that tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating cranes is required; certification is an advantage but not necessary
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to crane operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams related to operating a crane
• Excellent physical strength and stamina; ability to stand for long periods of time in various weather conditions
