Business Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha and manage our daily operations. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of business management, financial planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall business performance.
• Monitor performance of the business and ensure that objectives are achieved.
• Analyze financial data and make recommendations to senior management for cost savings or revenue generating measures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and inventory control processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, suppliers and other partners.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, financial performance etc.
• Lead the hiring process for new staff members as needed.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to business operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Previous experience as a Business Manager or similar role preferred; we are ready to consider a foreigner without experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles is essential
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

Salary: 1300 QAR per month
