Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and have a passion for creating delicious menus. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, ordering ingredients, supervising kitchen staff, and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations. We offer competitive salary of 900 QAR per month with additional benefits.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive chef or related position
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation styles, and garnishing techniques
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of chefs and other kitchen staff members
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments such as front-of-house personnel or vendors
• Proven experience in menu creation
