Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise staff members and ensure that they are meeting their targets
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback where needed
• Create a safe and productive work environment
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and with quality standards
• Implement new processes or procedures as needed
• Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multi-task • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
