We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the kitchen staff in order to produce quality meals that meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional culinary environment and possess a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and cost control.

The salary for this position is 1000 and we are willing to consider candidates from abroad. The Executive Chef will need to be able to lead, motivate and inspire their team with excellent communication skills, as well as having the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to monitor staff performance, ensure accurate stock levels, manage wastage costs as well as developing new menus with seasonal ingredients. They must also have a good understanding of food safety regulations and have experience working with suppliers in order to maintain excellent quality standards.
