We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. This position will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to our customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with the local cuisine in Jeddah. We expect the candidate to have excellent customer service skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and work independently. The successful candidate must also possess good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

The Waiter will be responsible for:
• Welcoming customers upon their arrival
• Taking orders accurately from customers
• Serving food and drinks with efficiency
• Following health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborating with other staff members on special requests or needs from customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining area and kitchen area
• Communicating any customer concerns or complaints to management in a timely manner
• Resolving any customer issues quickly while ensuring satisfaction.
