Position: Petroleum Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000/month

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in engineering and maintenance of petroleum-related operations and equipment.

The Petroleum Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the drilling, production, and refinery operations. This includes designing and implementing new systems, diagnosing problems and optimizing production methods. The ideal candidate must have excellent problem solving skills with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and plan drilling operations to ensure the most efficient extraction of oil or gas from wells
- Analyze data from various sources to develop new techniques for optimizing production processes
- Develop plans for installation or repair of equipment used in petroleum-related operations
- Assess the potential risks associated with each operation before implementation
- Monitor the performance of existing processes and make modifications as needed to increase efficiency or safety
- Prepare reports on the progress of each project or operation for management review
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to petroleum engineering activities

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Petroleum Engineer in an oil & gas company
- Excellent understanding of oil & gas industry standards, regulations, procedures, processes, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of well design principles, drilling practices, production optimization techniques, etc.
- Proven track record in developing cost-effective solutions to enhance operations
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
