Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1800

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from inception to completion. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team. They should also be able to work independently and take initiative when needed. They must have a good understanding of project management processes such as budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.

The Project Manager will be expected to develop project plans that include timelines, deadlines, budget requirements, resource allocation needs, quality assurance requirements, risk management processes and other considerations related to the successful completion of projects. They will also be responsible for monitoring progress on all projects regularly and taking corrective measures when necessary. Additionally, they will provide regular reports on project status as well as any issues or risks associated with the progress of each project.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external. Additionally they should have strong interpersonal skills in order to motivate staff teams working on various projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience may also be considered. Previous experience in a similar role would be an added advantage but is not essential for this position.
