Project Manager – Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on results. They must be able to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. They should be driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, schedules, deliverables lists, and cost estimates
- Monitor progress of projects towards completion
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor budget allocations for projects
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Manage resources to ensure timely completion of projects within allocated budgets
- Maintain accurate records of project progress including timelines, risks, issues and resources used
- Prepare reports on progress of projects for senior management review

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent discipline
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary package of AED1300 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering candidates from outside the UAE.
