Project Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, results-driven individual to join a rapidly growing organization.

Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to agreed upon timelines and budgets. This position requires strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams from different departments. Additionally, effective communication skills are necessary for this role in order to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing project plans, coordinating resources, risk management and cost analysis
• Scheduling meetings and creating detailed reports on project progress
• Coordinating with vendors for resources needed for projects
• Liaising between internal departments as well as external stakeholders
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Setting up and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the IT industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative on any challenges that arise during projects
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
